Policies

Weather:Due to this business being a fully mobile operation, weather conditions may impact scheduled appointments. In cases of heavy rain, snow, or unsafe temperatures, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure the best results and protect your vehicle as well as our safety. If weather becomes an issue, you will be contacted as soon as possible to coordinate a new time.

Booking:By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that appointment times may subject to change or cancellation. Final service details, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed prior to detailing service.Dialed In Detailing reserves the right to refuse or decline service at its discretion.

Vehicle Condition:Vehicle condition must be accurately described before detailing. Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards, or extreme buildup may result in adjusted pricing, which will always be communicated before service begins.

Vehicle Access:Customers are responsible for providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time, including keys if required. If access is not available upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations:A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee.

Payment:Payment is due upon completion of service. Cash, card, check and digital payments accepted.
